09:30 – 10:30 Yoga & breathing session

We will start our morning with a grounding exercise of breathing, to settle into our bodies and get connected, followed by yoga session.

The poses and techniques will be destined for all levels, from beginners to advanced. Please work at your own level to avoid any injuries. If you already suffer from any injuries, please let the facilitator know.

The temple will be held by Andreea Sipos.
